I purchased the Sunbeam Royal Luxe Mushroom Heated Blanket in King size, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! This blanket is nothing short of a dream come true for chilly nights. Sunbeam is a terrible company to do business with!

Amazon delivered the product quickly -- as expected and appreciated. However the blanket only lasted 2 months before it quit working. That 2 months passed the time for returns to Amazon, so I had to deal with Sunbeam. The blanket has a 5-year warranty, so repairs and replacements are covered. HOWEVER, Sunbeam's customer service is HORRIBLE! I first tried calling them. The phone system required me to talk to an automated system through several questions. In the middle of the questions, their phone system hung up on me. This happened several times. Then I called back and said "REPRESENTATIVE" to the automated service, and it sent me to talk with someone. HOWEVER, what I got was NOT a representative but a recording telling me that they were very busy and couldn't take my call, "please call back later." I thought this might be a fluke, so I tried the same thing again and got the same message EVERY TIME. Then I tried live chat. The first agent I got asked me to go to the blanket and get a series of numbers and symbols to give him. I told him it would take a few minutes, he said OK. When I returned to the chat, he had ended the chat! So I reconnected to Chat and got a different agent. I had to fill out all the info again, etc. He said "How can I help you?" and then never returned to the chat!!! I tried again and got an agent that remained on the chat -- thank you! -- but then informed me that I had to pay for shipping my blanket to them and then wait 3-4 weeks to get a replacement. Presumably I will get a new blanket, but I have spent over 2 hours of my time, will pay for shipping, and then won't get the blanket till the weather is too warm for using it. Not to mention the fact that I don't even know if the new one will work properly. I will NEVER buy another Sunbeam product.
