I thought this was for the toner cartridge. As far as the drum unit, it was fine and worked as you would expect from OEM products. To follow up on the toner, Amazon had the TN750 in stock after I returned the other one that was fulfilled by an independent seller. When I first ordered it Amazon Fullfillment was available for this item. The one I received yesterday worked as expected. Unfortunately, I bought a drum I didn't need, but I'm just going to use it. The cartridge was defective and the toner was leaking out of the bottom. I've been buying these for years and this is the first bad one I've had. I think there should be a handle with care on the box. The delivery driver tossed it about 10 feet, I'm sure this didn't help. One bad in about 25 is probably good.

Defective, possibly recycled, drum

I just installed the drum approximately one month. One month later, I have received a drum error. From the moment I installed it, it seemed not to work right. It seemed like it had already been used and was worn down. Very disappointing.
