Gonna make you sweat!!!
By Rocky on Reviewed in the United States on April 7, 2014
I was so excited when I read the other reviews that stated that the sleeves were a little long. I have long arms and usually have to buy men's shirts if I want the sleeves to be long enough (casual shirts and sweatshirts) or find tall clothing which usually costs much more for an extra inch or two of fabric. When this arrived from amazon (in two days, thank you Amazon!) I couldn't wait to check it out. After struggling for a few minutes to get into it I realized that the sleeves are plenty long and love the thumb holes. I took my son and dog for a brisk walk and boy did I sweat. Unfortunately I forgot to change into a sport type undergarment and when I got back I had to hand wash my good bra but oh well, I plan to go down a size or two and buy some new ones anyways. While I love the outfit together (I bought the pants a while back and absolutely love them!!) I was a little too self conscious to wear them out alone so I threw a large long sleeve t-shirt over the top. I intend that in a few weeks I will be much more confident in the outfit on my body to wear without covering it up because it really is cool looking workout gear. I have already talked two of my co-workers who were on the fence (and thought sauna suits were just those plastic bag looking things) into investing in them. Also the sleeves roll up really nicely if you want to continue with the sweating while doing housework or such.

It's alright....

Its a bit on the small side especially if you have a big bust or bigger upper arms and I bought the 2xl! It's long in the sleeve too....but I have bigger upper arms so it wasn't that long on me. I've lost enough weight now that I have to roll up the sleeves. Also, please, hand wash and line dry this before first use! I have extremely sensitive skin so I use a shirt under this...like a long john top. Something that is thin and breathable. If you aren't used to wearing something like this and have bought the bottoms to go along with this...wear one item for a few days or until you don't feel like the heat is going to over whelm you with your breathing. Then move on to the bottoms. I actually walked around my block with the set on just to see how my body would take it. Didn't want to be caught off guard a mile away from my place and something happened. This thing makes you sweat a lot! You need to hydrate well before you wear this and take water with you to stay hydrated because you can easily become dehydrated without even knowing it! I take a small backpack with me and throw in 4 bottle waters...stay hydrated and add weights to my walking! :) FYI: I started out weighing 240 at 5'5 with a bust in the DD range, just to give you an idea of my body type when I started to wear this.
