Outward Hound Dog Life Jacket - Large

I have a 55 lb boxer with a 30in chest. Summer of 2023 I got a large orange and it fits her great. Works well for swimming in an above ground dog pool. Not the highest quality vest but economical (you can see in a few pics where the orange has started to break after about 5-6 times of wearing for about an hr each. I wanted to get another vest this summer (2024) large but in pink. The elastic Velcro chest strap is 1-2 inches longer on each side on the pink one and was too big on my dog. The vest/flotation part was the same size in the pink and orange.I then tried ordering the pink in a medium and it was significantly smaller. It was more of a small/medium. The straps didn’t reach to buckle them around my 30 in chest dog. The flotation part was also much smaller. Very frustrating. I’m going to return both the pink and possibly get anotjer orange large to see if it’s the color that is causing the difference in sizing. I read another review noting the orange ran a little smaller. I’m rather frustrated because what I thought was going to be an easy order is resulting in 3 different perches attempts.
