***WARNING - This company is a hassle***

I would give ZERO stars if I could...here's why: BioBidet does not stand behind their product unless you stick to your guns. We purchased 2 in Dec 2022 - the first one had to be sent back within the first month because it broke. That was a simple return because Amazon took care of it. So we ordered another one to replace the broken one. This one broke within 9 months. The spout would not spray and the other functions (wash nozzle) stopped working. I reached out to the company. The first person I worked via email had us go through troubleshooting (which we did multiple times). Then they wanted a video of it -- yeah, it doesn't turn on unless you are sitting on the seat so that request seemed ridiculous, but we did it. By the time any resolution was reached, the rep from Bio Bidet said it was "out of the warranty" window so they wanted us to pay $250 for the repair. Nope, didn't agree to that. So I called and spoke to a different rep. She informed this model has actually been DISCONTINUED due to the problems (they constantly see this model in for repair). She agreed for the repair to be covered under warranty. So we mailed it in AT OUR EXPENSE ($45.22 to be exact). We were not refunded for shipping. I let the rep know my disappointment & she offered 15% off a newer model. Only 15%. What a joke. All that to say, exercise CAUTION before ordering from BioBidet. There are other companies out there that stand behind their products.
