WUSTHOF Gourmet 7" Hollow Edge Santoku (Open Box)

Wouldn’t recommend this knife at all. I love cooking and knives and have recently invested in some chefs knife’s. My favorite style being the Santoku Japanese style. This knife has no fluidity to it. And EVERYTHING sticks to it when chopping. For almost $100 after taxes and shipping you can find WAY nicer knives than this one. I got a $40 sunnocko knife on sale that puts this one to shame. Don’t waste your money or time. You will only get a partial refund for a return as well which makes it all even worse.
