Company sent this drill with no battery. I had to buy a battery and was behind on my work for 4 days. I decided to return it because for approximately the same price I got a DeWalt drill with 2 batteries that is better quality

great product nice size great price, overall performance to get small jobs around the house finished in tight places perfect. Fast to recharge long battery life.

The battery was dead on arrival. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they responded quickly (within a minute, actually), which I appreciated, but their solution left a lot to be desired. They told me to return the entire drill set through Amazon instead of just replacing the faulty battery. Logistically, I get it; it’s probably easier for them to have Amazon handle full returns than them sending a partial part replacement, but as the customer, it still feels like I’m paying the price for something that wasn’t my fault. I even offered to send a video showing the issue, but that part of my message was completely ignored. So now I’m stuck having to take an hour out of my day to go drop off the return, reordering the same product, and hoping the new one works. I get that defects happen, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to ask for a little more flexibility, especially when I’m offering proof. Plus, how can I trust that the next one won't be faulty either? I ordered an electric screwdriver from them a couple years ago, and the charger failed. Not as bad as "DOA," sure, and the warranty had expired, so I didn’t push it, but I’ve owned other tools that lasted far longer. I don’t think I’m being that unreasonable. I just want to buy a product, have it work, and, if something’s wrong, deal with a support team that offers more than one solution. I’ll be looking elsewhere. Quick replies are nice, but they don’t make up for poor reliability or limited support options.

Not any everyday use contractor quality drill by any stretch. Handy to have extra Drills located around our farm property and in our camper, truck etc. Battery fits a few other B&D tools that I carry around, being not so worried about them being lost or stolen. Comes with charger and a set of bits, and wood drills. :Got decent torque for light jobs and a slip clutch. I have two of these drills. I ordered one on Amazon and had defective battery. Amazon handled refund and got a replacement that works fine.

Have used this so many times since buying! Very reliable and a must have!
