Look good, comfortable, I hope they last

Star rating based on how they are when new. I really like the way they look and feel. I don't think there's much arch support but they're also not a pair of Air Jordan's. I plan on only wearing these with no socks, unless its cold outside, until they wear out and I'll never do anything to them except wipe the souls when I come in from the rain.

The soles broke apart!

I’ve been wearing these Sperry topsider model for over 40 years and they’ve always lasted 4 to 5 years same model - always a fantastic shoe. This one arrived last September and within a month or so the sole started to crack - I kind of ignored it kept it going and now there’s pieces breaking off and they’re useless. I’ll be calling Sperry directly Unless someone of Amazon can help.
