Great Value

These steak knives are a great value. They are attractive, functional and coordinate well with existing stainless flatware. Definitely recommend! I have other kitchen utensils made by WMF and the are of good quality, as well.

Rust spots second use

I am not a meat eater and never have been, but my husband was wanting some steak knives. After reading the reviews I decided to get him these. It stated by many they could go in the dishwasher which typically this is not something we do with our sharp knives as they are used infrequently when the kids are over and my husband makes steaks or chicken. Welllll, the second they were used and my adult kids were cleaning the kitchen they were put in the dishwasher :( two of the 3 had little rust spots on the blades which was VERY disappointing given the price they shouldn't get rusty little spots like that. Used a total of 2 times!! So, I say avoid the dishwasher if you want the knives. My husband says they are sharp enough for good cutting, but well about that rust??
