Audio Solutions 2.1-Channel HDTV Mount

Had one of these yrs ago and it was amazing. Ordered this one and remote is missing, and unit wont pair with my tv remote to control it. Wont pair because i have no way to turn it on to pair it...Contacted seller and no responce yet. May have to attempt a universal remote which sucks edit. in contact with seller and waiting for a responce. 1st claimed the remote doesnt come with it when it clearly says it on the box.... Edit #2. After multiple emails problem has been resolved. after trying 5 differant universal remotes none would connect, so seller gave full refund for unit. ive decided to purchase another one because i was so happy with my1st one purchased yrs ago. End results are i dont think it was a seller issue or a product issue, the remote may have not been put in the package at all.. If you can get one, you would be very happy with this system...
