If you are looking for a super-automatic, this is an excellent choice. I has all the features you desire in a machine; multiple single-touch drinks, cup warmer, intuitive UI, etc. but yet is quite affordable. The one downside is that it is quite difficult to program the machine to create a perfect macchiato - dispensing such a little amount of milk is impossible given the mechanics of the frothing device. This is easily remedied by simply frothing some milk in a separate cup and spooning over one or two scoops of froth onto your espresso shot. I recommend taking the time (about an hour or so) to tune the machine to your specifications, e.g., grind size, water hardness, amount of pulled water, etc. Then, every shot comes out to your perfection. This is an excellent machine!
