Better than Expected

I have had the original small Gorillapod for a few years and found it was OK but too small for most of my purposes. I was not quite sure if the Hybrid was any better or larger but it had the ball head that I needed. Wow, was I pleasantly surprised. This is about 1.5 times the size of the original, much sturdier, super quality, better mount, and the ball head works perfectly. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Not as good as the original one

I have had one of these for about 15 years until it finally broke. I bought this new one and it works great but the fit of the connection between the camera and top of the Joby is not tight. Not a big deal but in heavy wind or while handling it the camera does shake slightly.
