In receipt of a great receiver by Pyle

This inexpensive receiver has great sound, vents on the side so you can stack without overheating, love the digital blue lighting,the remote, built in amp and all for a little over a $100. Hooked it right up to my other components and speakers in a few minutes. Awesome and from an american company too! My 18mth old grandson dumped his sippy cup into my 20+ year old Pioneer old school receiver and fried it. I have to have my music so picked this receiver off the amazon site and now am good to go within just a few days. Definitely recommend purchasing.

Amp OK - Controls UGH

The receiver/amplifier basics are good. The problems are in the controls. Changing the signal source seems to always set the initial volume to max (or near max). This causes an undesirable adrenalin jolt - a danger to the heart and speakers. The presets also gave some trouble - it seemed very easy to lose the settings. There could have been some contributing 'operator error', but I have no problem with other such devices. Anyway, I commend Amazon's handling of my complaints. The resolution couldn't have been better.
