Awesome machine

I am completely happy and satisfied with the performance of this vacuum chamber , I wish I would’ve done it a lot sooner. I am able to do wet brines and liquids with it. Machine is heavy, make sure you order a rolling card with it if you are not going to leave it in one spot. I process a lot of fish and it makes it so much easier even if the fish has some moisture, where my old food saver always have troubled the bag seal properly. The cost of the machine is high , but you will save a lot of money on the bags. I had a food saver for over 10 years, it worked great, but I was spending a lot of money on the rolls .

Oil leaks

I bought the vacmaster 215 in 2021, we use it 4 to 5 times a week and have always loved the ease of use. However from the very first use it had a small oil leak, I removed the back but couldn't pinpoint where it was leaking so we continued to use it, always keeping the oil level full. I've drained and changed oil multiple times. This week the oil leak got worse so I took it to a shop to have it looked at. He said the big oring was smashed flat, since that piece was never removed it had to come that way from the factory. Also it was full of GUNK? He has no idea where it would have come d From. Overall I love this machine but for the amount of money it cost it should not come from the factory with oil leaks. And with the heavy weight of the machine it's not like you can send it back for warranty repair.
