Something you need to be prepared for is the packaging of the packs "into" the buckets. It IS a tight fit to cram all of that foot into the buckets. On two of my three buckets purchased, the lid was closed on the top packaging material, breaking the seal of one of the packages. I did receive an email from the supplier, asking if I was satisfied, which surprised me. I replied to the email showing the pictures of what had happened (obviously during production and packaging of the packages into the buckets), and asked what they thought should be done. It took a few days to hear back, but to my surprise, they refunded me a few bucks. Obviously, it's really not worth the money ship stuff back, but be patient with them and work out a deal. It appears they are very interested in maintaining good customer feedback, and to prove this, they are reaching out to their customers. If you have a torn package, don't panic and accuse the company of not hearing you, give 'em a chance to reply and make the order right. They did make it right and worth my time. So what to do about the torn package. well there are always zip-lock bags. I double zip-locked the torn bags, and I'm hoping that that will suffice. The rest of the packages were in great condition. What I'm most impressed about is the customer service. While it took a little time, they did make it right.
