AlgaeCal Plus Plant-Based Calcium

I just started taking this so I can’t comment about its efficacy. What I can comment on is the deceptive label. I had narrowed my choice down to this brand and one other. This brand cost almost 2.5 times more than the other option. I chose this one because based on the quantity and serving size listed on the label, I thought I I was purchasing a two month’s supply. The daily serving is actually four capsules! There is one photo, in the group of six photos, that states the daily dose is two with breakfast and two with dinner, therefore the “Supplement Facts” should read serving size four capsules. I will take this as it is not a returnable purchase, but in ONE Month, I will purchase the different brand… I can’t imagine this product is superior to other similar products to justify the much higher cost! Update - I changed my rating from one star to three. I have started this supplement and I have had no issues with it at all. As for whether or not I’m building new bone, I’ll have to wait for my next scan to know that. After my review was made live, I was contacted right away by customer service regarding my concerns to offer a refund. There were several email messages between them and me and their messages were both kind and understanding. I was not comfortable accepting a refund as I am taking the product. I asked if they could send another bottle so I would have the two months supply, which is what I thought I was purchasing. However, they were unable to provide another bottle since it is an Amazon purchase and in the end, I received a refund. Good customer service!
