This is a big strong bread knife. The handle is substantial and well made.The knife is well balanced and the serations are even and smooth.Very good addition to the knife drawer.

A decent bread knife

This is going to cut a loaf of bread, but it may not be the best choice at this price point. The blade isn’t the most sturdy, and at the start not the sharpest. A nice soft loaf of French bread you’re going to be good. If your baguette is slightly hard, or bagels a bit stale…it’s going to struggle, and that can lead to accidents when you’re trying to exert extra force.
