This bit penetrated the first two bricks as expected ... drilling through the rest of 'em made for a hard day. I've had other masonry bits that drilled through these 95-year-old bricks like they were dried mudpies, but this bit was a rip-off ... so, unless you're dealing with actual mudpies, avoid these sorry things.
