Sturdy even heat !

Great pan . My regular stuffed mushrooms actually came out better then with my old thinner pan . The bottom of mushrooms were incredibly crisp , yet center cooked perfect . Clean up is a breeze . The higher sides is helpful and will prevent warping. Coated even on bottom side for less time cleaning. A nice pan man 👏🏼

I bought this pan because I was sick of mine were being at high temperatures. This one stated it would not, but it does. It does indeed.
