Perfect Replacement for My Previous Filter
By Nobo323 on Reviewed in the United States on August 28, 2023
I recently had a pool service out to do some work and the technician mentioned that I should consider replacing my filter because my previous one looked like it was at the end of its lifespan. I am not the most handy person in the world but the technician gave me valuable advice and told me to save money on having a new one professionally installed because the newer models used the same hookups. He also suggested upgrading to the CC200 model (I previously had the CC150 model). I purchased this and it arrived next day and in great shape. I was able to disconnect and reconnect this one in less than an hour. I ran into a slight issue, that was my own doing, in that the O ring was not set properly in one of the pipe hookups, which led to initial leaking, but after disconnecting and reconnecting after adjusting the O ring then no more issue. Filter is running great and I'm glad I took the technician's advise and saved a few hundred dollars by buying and hooking this up myself, was very easy and has been running great.

Worst Instructions I’ve Ever Seen
By Michael Mooney on Reviewed in the United States on May 10, 2023
For an 899$ pool filter from what’s supposed to be the best pool filter equipment brand, this is pathetically disappointing. The instructions included are basically non-existent. They don’t have a single setup instruction, only things you shouldn’t do. I’m an engineer and yet I still can’t take what’s supposed to be an easy setup and actually get it set up. I can’t even get a hose attached because their attachment blocks a hose entirely with clips facing what appear to be the wrong direction. I’m sure they did this on purpose but I can’t figure out why for the life of me. I shouldn’t have to throw away half of the pieces they send it with and go buy my own attachments when the filter is this price. I’d expect that with a 250$ junker but not an 899$ top of the line.
