Perfect, classic money clip

I purchased this money clip as a gift for my husband. In his words, "The quality and functionality of this money clip is top notch. It's sized well for American currency, the magnets are strong enough to hold a reasonable number of bills, and the durability appears to be very good. It's well made and does exactly what it's designed to do." For my part, I was happy that the money clip looks even better in person than it does online. The leather and stitching are high quality and it came packaged in an attractive midnight blue box with a silver cord. It was perfect for gift giving! UPDATE 11/30/18: The money clip was still in great condition (it has been used daily for the past year) when my husband lost it this week. I just ordered another one and want to comment on the fantastic customer service from Royce. I'm impressed.

Too Thick

The material and construction appears to be of high quality. However, the leather seems to be overly padded making it thicker than I had anticipated. This defeats my purspose (to reduce bulk). I won't be using this clip but it will make a nice gift as it comes in a tasteful box.
