Great for Low Fat Cooking

This is an amazing skillet! It is the perfect size, cooks evenly and works perfectly for sautéing veggies or pan frying a steak with no oil needed!! It cleans up beautifully and is ready to use again and again. Be sure to use plastic utensils with this pan, it can scratch easily with metal utensils.

This is not a 10 inch pan, it's a 9.5 inch pan; none of many lids I've accumulated will fit it. The pan itself isn't too bad. It takes too long to heat up but it cooks evenly once it gets there. The nonstick coating is typical for the breed - Don't let a metal utensil so much as touch the surface of this pan! If the pan had the stated dimensions, I'd give it a considerably better review.
