A Mineral Supplement That’s Affordable!
By KL on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2022
My Endocrinologist had advised that I should start taking specific supplements after they had ran some labs on me. It was found that some of my important vitamin and mineral levels were not terrible, but a bit low. I'm in my mid-years, and I used to be a very active person outside. But, as my life had changed over the years, I find myself spending more time inside now. As being as such, it wasn’t surprising to learn that some of my levels had begun to suffer. As directed by my doctor, I started taking a Magnesium Oxide Supplement daily — Sundown brand caplets. After only about a month, low and behold, I was starting to feel better than I had in a really long time. I stated to have more energy, I wasn't falling asleep during the day anymore, and I was able to do my daily exercises with a bit more ease — without experiencing muscle spasms afterwards. I was told it's going to take a while to get things back to normal, but I can definitely tell its working. Magnesium Oxide tends to help your body with digestion, relaxing the muscles and the body, maintaining strength in your bones and helps with blood pressure and circulation. The Sundown brand Magnesium Oxide Supplement seems to be offered at a similar or better price as most others on the market. This is a very good and affordable magnesium supplement that is easy to swallow by mouth (it can be a bit large for some) and is easy on your pocket financially. Always ask your doctor before deciding to start or stop a vitamin or mineral supplement regimen. Listening to my doctors about needing to take specific vitamin and mineral supplements has really turned my life around. Magnesium is a mineral supplement that you may have to experiment with. Depending on your needs, it will most times dictate which type of magnesium you should need and how much you should be taking. On some days, I may take more or sometimes less magnesium oxide — it all depends on what my body is feeling at that time. Ask your doctor about magnesium and they can help you get started.

Product is great but whats with the price increase?
By Lavender on Reviewed in the United States on December 27, 2024
I really do like this product a lot and only use it to maintain good bowel movements. I would caution using this as a form of magnesium supplement, because the oxide version does not get absorbed well by the body, and its a cheap end material. Now brings me to my three stars review. Its mainly for the quality and the price. The product was solid for many years, when it was only $5.99, and recently not only has the product price shoot all the way to $15.99? The bottle lid is also faulty and doesnt close well. I just want to know why does the seller raise the product to 16 bucks when they are selling a cheap end form of magnesium? And I hope new buyers are aware that they have been raising the price like crazy. But the product itself has been going down in terms of quality. Its really sad that the company decides to screw over the royal customers by raising price and decreasing quality once anything gets popular.
