Cannot trust Tenergy

I have 16 dead batteries. I contacted Tenergy for a warranty replacement and they gave me a very hard time. They want me to mail batteries back to them at my cost. I don't see anything in the warranty about that and they didn't make me do that in the past when I had a bad battery. Also, they contradict their own marketing on this page. This page claims a 1 year warranty. They say 90 days. This page says the batteries are precharged and ready to use right away. Tenergy told me if I do that it may result in dead batteries. But the seller listed is Tenergy Corporation so how are there so many discrepancies?
