Arrived same day. Amazing. Easy to install. Works great. I am so glad we can order this on Amazon and we don’t have to go from store to store looking for it. The price is reasonable and we can’t get it anywhere else less expensive. The fact it came same day was a huge plus. Online shopping is a great option.

Color cartridge not recognized

Unfortunately I bought these cartridges years ago so I can't return them... the black one seemed to work ok but the color one says it isn't recognized, despite apparently being a genuine HP product. Luckily I had a spare refilled cartridge around and that worked great. Looking at other reviews, it seems like this is a pretty frequent issue.
