The first thing you see when your order arrives, is the packaging. Well inside, the box was all torn and sliced up. I am so upset with the box. I store my shoes in their box. But even if I didn't, I deserve decent packaging. This demonstrates sloppiness in the specific area of Amazon. Absolutely nothing wrong with the outer plastic packaging. This one star is for this matter. If I didn't need the shoe tomorrow, I would have them replaced. But unfortunately, I'm stuck. As far as the sneaker, although I haven't worn them outside, they fit true to size. Be careful going up. I have been wearing New Balance sneakers since my podiatrist recommended them to me about 15 years ago. When the velcro ones came out, I jumped on it cuz one ofmy daughters told me they had become very popular with millenials. Whhaaaattt? My parent wore orthopedic shoes like these except they were white.🤣🤣🤣. I love the velcro because now my arthritic back doesn't allow for lace ups. This sale was unbelievable. I jumped on it again. Update: These sneakers were very UNCOMFORTABLE. The velcro straps are MUCH shorter than the previous ones I had which made fastening on the foot horrible and painful. I suspect these are a knock offs. No impressions inside the shoes. Inside sole not as thick. If I didn't throw the busted box away, I would have returned them. I got scammed. Don't you.
