Don’t Buy this particular model unless combined with a hard hat.

Bought this particular model due to being the only one available. Be Advised that if you ain’t using it with a hard hat, is going to be highly uncomfortable on the ears unless you have absolutely tiny ears or head. Otherwise is light and high quality. This is no substitute for a mask, but is great for splashes or eye protection.

Warning: this does not included the ratcheting harness. It only include the hard hat adapter. The title and description make it look and sound like the hard hat adapter is included in addition to the ratcheting harness. That is not the case. "Easy-to-set, ratcheting headgear assures comfortable, secure fit", amongst other mentions and multiple pictures featuring the ratcheting harness.
