Quits playing. Spins up DVD and plays movie while door is open

It will play a movie for about and hour and just quit. No bumping or juggling required. It also starts playing with the door open and it just keeps going. I have to attempt to get warranty service now. It is also very noisy. Pros Screen is great. accessories are great. Remote is helpful and has SD slot which i like.
