These bins are sturdy, latch firmly, and stack well with great visibility. I have used them for years for incoming mail because the dimensions are perfect for business envelopes to fit crosswise for easy viewing. I add daily mail in front of the prior day's mail until I have time to process thoroughly. Anything of major importance remains at the front. That keeps my mail organized in chronological order and out of the way until the weekend. One bin usually lasts three months with some culling. I label the bin as to 1st Quarter, 2nd Quarter, etc. At tax time or year end, things are organized and easy to locate in workable chunks. Eventually a year is condensed into one bin.
