Effortless Performance But Battery Not Included

I love how well this device performs with minimal effort. One thing to note is that it should be clearly stated before purchase that the battery is not included and needs to be purchased separately. It was a bit of a surprise to find out upon receiving the product that the battery and charger were not included, which increased the overall cost unexpectedly.

Disappointing Experience with Milwaukee Grease Gun

After purchasing this Milwaukee grease gun, I quickly realized that it was not dispensing all of the grease from the cartridges. Despite my attempts to troubleshoot the issue, the problem persisted. To make matters worse, after only a couple of months, the grease gun completely failed to pump out grease altogether. I am currently trying to process a warranty repair, but the lack of assistance in obtaining a shipping label from Milwaukee's customer support has been frustrating. While I appreciate the convenience of the 2-speed feature, I must admit that the reliability of the Dewalt grease gun surpasses that of the Milwaukee. The Dewalt gun also effectively utilizes the entire grease cartridge, unlike the Milwaukee counterpart.
