I used this seed on a new section of my lawn that I built up for drainage purposes. I had growth within a week and a nice lawn after two weeks. My neighbor was astounded! The color is deep and looks great.

No good at all after 3 weeks

I hate to leave bad reviews, but.....I have been using grass seed for about 35 years. A buddy of mine recommended this seed. I thatched, put down soil, seeded and tamped an approximately 200 sq ft area 3 weeks ago. Not 1 seed has popped yet. A 100% absolute failure so far, I could not be more disappointed for the price I paid. I would've rather paid the same price at home depot for double or triple the amount of seed I got to fail. Be aware, this was an absolute waste of my time, effort and $.
