Simple design, incredible function

Tight hamstrings, this simple solution will pave the way to efficiently and effectively stretching you all the way out. Incredibly helpful and although pricey, it’s worth the money when you don’t have help to fully stretch you out. Game changer.

I have no idea how to review this thing
By Kelley Tinker on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2023
The printed instruction sheet was kind of confusing, so I'm glad I also got the instructional disc as well, but it was only a little bit clearer.I can't figure out how the demonstrators' arms/elbows can move they ways they can in order to apparently comfortably do the IT Band Stretch (especially) and the Adductor Stretch, because my arms and elbows can't move that way for some reason. One of the demonstrations is done on a narrow table, and it seems like that would be the only way I could do those moves properly, but I don't have a narrow table I can lie on in order to do those that way. When I do the main Hamstring Stretch, I mainly only feel the stretch in the back of my knee, not my Hamstring. The only way I can get my Hamstrings (partly anyway) to stretch is to press down on the ball of my foot in order to sort of bypass the back of the knee stretch/pain so that the stretch will change to the Hamstring, but there is no mention of doing that in the instructions.I can't figure out at all how to attach the wedge accessory, even though one of the demonstrator's does so easily and quickly (nearly off camera); the wedge with mine just doesn't attach/isn't attachable.I figured I would just have to try to send this back for a refund, but, despite the pain and just not being able to do it properly while doing the Hamstring Stretch and the IT Band Stretch (no pain with the Adductor Stretch though), afterward, I could bend over and put my hands on the floor flat so easily, and the usually painful trouble area I have in my right leg (I figure it has to be one of the muscles called Semi-somethings) was noticeably diminished when I leaned over to pick something up off of the floor (on the right side of my body). So I'm trying to figure out if I should continue to use this and just have to have pain while using it, since the results afterward are good. If anyone out there can describe how to attach the wedge to the device, let me know, though I have a feeling that accessory would only make the back of the knee pain worse, but I won't know until I can use it.So, I don't know how to review this device. I'm sure it works as it's supposed to. I'm apparently too much of a moron to use it correctly. I bought it because the other methods I've tried to stretch my Hamstrings don't seem to work; they just stretch whatever that is behind the knee, and it always hurts that area.I'm guessing this is one of those devices that you already have to be in shape in order to use it properly or for it to work for you.
