A solid and professional product. There was a loose screw in the box that I coUK not id. Called customer service and sent them the requested photo, they immediately responded with a photograph with instructions. Great follow up!

Poor job of securing product for shipping

I used to work for a custom frame shop and I used this product before. So, I was looking forward owning my own but this Logan 850 arrived damaged. Logan does a poor job of package and securing this product for shipping.
