I accidentally lost my favorite Waterpik tip down the garbage disposal when I was cleaning my Waterpik machine. I expected replacing the tip to be expensive. I ordered these incredibly inexpensive tips concerned that once they arrived, they would be low quality. I shouldn't have worried. The tips are exactly like the one I lost, and work great. How they sell them for this low price, I haven't a clue, but I'm certainly glad they do. I also received my package much earlier than listed--a little bonus surprise!

Unsatisfactory WaterPik JT-100E Jet Tip Design

For clarity - the retailer that provided this item did a great job of getting the product to me and there are no negative issues with them. The issue that I have with the WaterPik Jet tips (the JT-100E) is that they are designed in a way that makes them fail at a high rate. Specifically there is a groove 360 degrees around it about 5/8" from the bottom. This groove is deep into the plastic and is designed with right angles at the bottom of the groove. This right angle causes a reduction in strength, thus is easy to fail. There is no operational reason for the bottom of the groove to be at right angles - it can be made with a curvature. Instead of paying for expensive tips over and over again, I will be looking for a brand that isn't designed with tip problems.
