Aurorae Ultra Thick Classic Yoga Mat

This is my favorite yoga mat. It holds up extremely well. After months of daily use there aren't any visible spots of wear. I don't have a problem with sliding around on it and it's the ideal thickness nor me. I use it for stretching as well as to do ab work on the floor and its not too cushiony that it wouldn't work for yoga or stretching, but it is just enough protection from a hard floor that my back doesn't hurt while doing various exercises on my back. I can comfortably hold a plank without my toes or my elbows slipping and I can do crunches without my spine and shoulder blades feeling like their being bruised. The little bit of yoga practice I've done with it has also been great. The picture on the mat works great as a "dristi" (spelling?) in some poses where you would want a focal point on the ground. All around it was well worth the money for something that works well and lasts long.
