This is the right tape when protecting the threads on a fuel line. Don’t use the stuff that you would use in plumbing. This is what you need. It’s a great value is a excellent quality and it seals to perfection

NOT made in the USA. Disappointed.

I thought I was buying a yellow Teflon tape made in the USA. Well, it is not. It is made in the EU, which stands for European Union as shown in the attached photo. I am very disappointed especially I paid twice as much for this yellow Teflon tape thinking it was made in the USA over the yellow Teflon tape made in China at Home Depot. This yellow Teflon tape does not work. I tried 3 wraps, 4 wraps, and 5 wraps on 1/2-NPT plug for a natural gas line. It still leaks a little natural gas on all 3 tries. This yellow Teflon tape made in European Union is a dud.
