No more cutting corn off the cob with a a knife

Sharp, it comes with a protective cover for the blade. Be sure you replace it rang time you store the tool. I used this to cut several dozen ears of corn off the cob to freeze. It is much safer than using a knife and the blade is much more efficient. Easy to clean and is a perfect fit for my hand. Love the brand.

The electric fillet knife worked WAY easier as a way to remove the corn from the cobs. We did five dozen ears yesterday, and after trying this item on a few ears i realized the knife would be far faster and safer. I'll be giving this one away.
