Kershaw Blur/Black Serrated Blade

I absolutely loved the knife when I got it, used daily. After about 4 months the tip broke off and the locking mechanism failed so contacted manufacture and they said send the knife in for blade replacement at my cost as it isn't covered under warranty. I did that along with the card info to charge me for the fix. Since then I haven't received my knife back and no response from Kershaw from numerous emails trying to find out where its at. The knife was well for the price but the customer service has failed in so many ways and now I'm out the money I purchased it for and the knife. I should have just kept it broken. at least that way id have a broken knife for the money spent. Update. If I could go into negative stars I would. I repeat do not purchase from kershaw period as when you try to get the warranty or even pay to have your knife fixed you will never see it again. Over 3 months and still nothing has been shipped back to me.
