Skechers Women's Reggae Jammin Sandal

I ordered these because I had been having pain in one foot that made all my shoes and going barefoot in the house hurt. I needed something with arch support. These fit the bill. They are comfortable and have good arch support. But, I was sent shoes that have been worn. Not simply tried on but worn, scuffed up on the leather and dirty on the bottoms. Whoever wore them and returned them must have had dogs because one of mine is obsessed with them. These are sold and shipped by Amazon so whomever is checking returns isn’t very picky. With my foot in pain I decided to keep them but chat with an Amazon rep about their condition. The rep’s only offer was for me to return them and order another pair and pay for fastest shipping. They said once they received the return they might he able to refund the expidited shipping charge. I feel like a partial refund would have been more appropriate in this scenario. Even had I chosen “Used but like new” I’d be disappointed in scuffed and dirty. I was just desperate enough to want to keep them so I wiped them down with an antibacterial wipe and have been wearing them comfortably.
