WAITING FOR A RESPONSE FROM AMAZON OR THE SELLER

his is the most disappointing item i have purchased in all of the many years i have been ordering from the Amazon web site. Nothing to do with Amazon, they are great. but this item, it sucks. i thought maybe it was the battery. i replaced the battery with a new one. it was then obvious that the item "sucked". i went from disappointed to frustrated to angry and back to disappointed. i purchased the item based on the name brand and some of the positive reviews. i should have taken heed to the more negative reviews. i would not recommend this item to any one.
