Foamtreads Men's Doctor Slippers

A few years back, I had ordered their Foamtreads Mens Physician slippers because I have very narrow feet that my heel often slips out of when I walk and sometimes my feet swell due to a medical condition. I wore them out with holes in the front. I went to order them again because I loved that you could adjust three different areas. However, when I ordered these, and I thought I looked very closely, I was surprised when they came in and had only two areas to adjust and my feel slipped out of them. I came back to look and saw that originally I had ordered the PHYSICIAN slipper, but this was the DOCTOR slipper. That is their fault for having products in the same color with a very similar name, but are very different products. To their credit, I sent them an email through Amazon and they agreed to not only take them back, but to send out a prepaid label for me. I don't have it yet, but will certainly then exchange for what I thought I was getting and then hopefully can give a glowing review, and I think I already have one posted on Amazon. Good of them to correct, bad in their product names. Watch what you are buying! UPDATE!!!! After writing the above review, I since heard from the manufacturer. At one point, they even told me they were sorry but the product had been discontinued. Then they sent me a separate coupon, but could only be used on their site and not on Amazon. I felt I didn't have anything to lose, went to the site, found the product (THE PHYSICIAN SLIPPER, NOT THE DOCTOR SLIPPER) and ordered it and it ended up less expensive than the original purchase on Amazon. First there was a problem in shipping it. It did finally arrive, and they are just as comfortable as my original pair that lasted several years, have the same quality, keep my heal from slipping out, while my toes are comfortable; and I have no problem walking outside in them. They certainly are not ugly as some have claimed. I would absolutely suggest the Physician slipper and that is why I changed my rating. The manufacturer was willing to correct a problem and did so with what is by far a better product. As to the original Doctor slipper that I ordered by mistake... well, let's just say that I am glad that I returned those - oh, and the rating for them, compared to the physician slipper.... I would probably drop it further. Get the right one's and make your feet happy and you also.
