One of the only knives you’ll ever need

I got this knife from a YouTube chef recommendation. I had been using the same very expensive knife for 40 years (now costs $250+), but that one stays in the drawer now. What I like best about the Dexter is the size-easier to handle than a 10” blade, and it hold an edge very well. I don’t have to be super careful washing and drying the handle, since it’s plastic. It’s not pretty, but it’s the best knife I’ve ever used.

The knife didn't come with a good sharp edge. I think it was damaged at production. I was going to return it. But I have a fancy knife sharpener so i sharpened it. Took a good edge, we'll see if it holds good. Light nice size
