This cocking device works great. Factory made so it fits and works perfectly. Handles are rugged and fit your hands well. One or two cycles and you’ll have the knack of it. Good price for OEM purchase. You may want to adjust the length to fit your build but once it’s set you’ll be good to go.

Perfect for Name Brand Barnett Nothing Else

As stated in the description it would work for the bow brand Barnett it is designed for. I got it as an aid for cocking my 150lb Manticore. Having the safty right alongside the string locking mechanism on my model of crossbow got in the way of the mechanics behind this simple yet efficent device. My bow has to be on fire to cock and engage the auto safty mechanism. The hooks on this device would cause the safty notch on my bow to engage preventing the string from being fully cocked.A few good things to say about this device would be its easy to set up and learn to use as well as significantly reducing the difficulty of cocking a crossbow. Made of quality plastic and rope.Some not as good things to say would be the handles have to be adjusted for height and the shape of the hooks should be more flush with the rail to prevent safty engagement.
