Bought for suitcases to have when traveling to different hotels-safety

With the uptick in deaths in different countries due to carbon monoxide, I purchased these to keep in my suitcases to use when traveling. I rather be safe than sorry. They live in my suitcase and I make sure to pack fresh batteries when I pack my suitcase. It came in handy when 1 hotel looked like it didn't have one, and I searched everywhere in that room.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Was looking for reliability and not having the thing squeak after four or five months and having the battery dying. So far these have worked good (crosses fingers).
