Very Strong and have use it for more than years. it still the same in my garage. I used it every day to exercise. With my 220lbs this can support pretty well.

This sure is a Five star reviewable product. It did take a bit of struggle with assembly. The Screw's and bolds supplied are very good quality and well designed. The bolts stops at hand tight to being with, this gives the assembling and alignment easy and you could tighten it up after assembling. This is really good feature once you realize how to use these screws. After nearly a month ownership. This is sturdy pull up station. But Stability sometimes it gives a rattling sound when you are trying to pull yourself, I would guess that is the case with anything you have as home gym. My only disappointment is that, it DOES not have height adjustment. it is my bad did not pay attention to that. Otherwise this is a good buy.
