Air Conditioning Refrigerant Liquid Hose

Avalanche 2003 Z71. The stock fitting between the high and low side connectors was all stripped out after I loosed it to fix my A/C. So I needed to order this to finish my work. 2 things important here, the little orifice in this one is different than the stock ACDelco. The other is this tube is actually bent differently than the stock line. It didn't make any difference in my case, it's actually a shorter bend at the low to high pressure fitting. Other than those 2 the thing fit tight and perfect, no leaks and well packaged in one the the largest boxes I've ever received from amazon.

As others have said in their reviews, there is a minor difference in the bending of the tubing that does not match exactly as the old one. The length is correct and I was able to just attach it as is without trying to bend it. I had the advantage of plenty of room in my truck engine bay so it didn't make any difference.

Super easy to install on my 2004 chevy 2500. Literally 2 screws out and 2 screws in. Been in for 2 weeks now with no issues. I love that it came with the gaskets also.

This part does not fit a 2002 Silverado 2500HD 6.0 gasoline motor as specified; however, the part number listed is appropriate OEM equipment. Attached is the OEM line beside the part sent- it is not the same. Their blueprint of the part is also different. I have attempted to contact the seller but with no response.

Fit...mostly. Required tweaking and several iterations of install and remove and tweak some more before it fit well enough. It was certainly pretty different from the stock Chevy part. Didn’t seem to like going around the intercooler piping on my ‘04 Duramax.

Seems like a quality line, but not correct for a 2001 2500HD 6.6 LB7. The line lacks the required port for a high pressure switch. The correct line is a 15-31209. I returned it and ordered the correct line.

There is nothing wrong with the quality of the product just that when i received it.The hose was collapsed by the high side almost completely. I had to play with it to fix that for a while. Now when it comes to installation, its not a perfect fit like most of the reviews said. not true. a lot of tweaking to make it works. I took the new hose and compared with the factory one side by side and found out the shape of the new one was so off. so if anyone purchases this, expect some tweakings or maybe a lot more like I had experienced. I purchased this for my 99' chevy Silverado 1500 4.8l based on Amazons fitment system. if I would've known. I would've purchased a different one.

It does not fit perfect totally different from stock line but I made it work, by bending in select positions.

Box packaging was pretty flimsy, and with something this important you really want it protected. But having said that, item worked great!
