Smaller than expected, and took a while to ship, but this product is great and my guinea pigs love it!

The tunnel that I received was solid red on the outside with a pretty silver stripe, and black on the inside. (It is pictured below.) On the back of the package it shows the color options for this product (blue, light gray, red, tan, dark brown, and what seems to be a third shade of brown). Since you cannot select the color when you buy it, you run the risk of getting a color you don't like. The blue and red colors are the only colors I like and I already have a blue tunnel, so I am very happy with getting the red tunnel. The package took longer than it should have to ship (after 5 days I e-mailed the seller to ask why it still had not shipped). But once it shipped it delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The tunnel is much shorter (length and height-wise) than I thought it would be, but my pigs fit in it just fine and the short length means it fits in their cage really well. I already have a bigger tunnel anyway, so I was happy to have a new tunnel of a different size. The brand on the bag said Kaytee, which is a brand I generally don't like, but I think that this is a quality product. The tunnel also came in a storage bag, which I didn't expect. This was a nice surprise. (The bag is pictured below.) The middle opening is great and my pigs love having three entrances/exits. Easy to fold up (unlike other tunnels I've used) and easy to store. Easy to clean out when guinea pigs pee and poop in it (just rinse it out and spray a little vinegar in it to get rid of odor and to break down the urine). Make sure you cut off the tag (which you can see in one of my pictures) because your pet will want to chew on it. Pigs will chew on the tunnel. So far this hasn't been a major problem for me and they haven't done any serious damage.

Fine product, but dyer tube is better option for ferret.
By 43fitness on Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2015
Works fine for a ferret and seems to be made of good quality, but it's short. A four inch by 20 foot dryer tube for about $10 from the local hardware store is a much better option as it's a lot longer or can be cut into sections. Ferrets can get easily bored so having multiple sections that you can rearrange helps keep them interested. We also use 3" plastic water pipe T's (used for interior water plumbing) to connect/reconnect and rearrange the various sections; also get from local hardware store. You can use more rugged 3" PVC Ts, but they are much more expensive that 3" plastic interior water plumbing Ts. Don't get 4" T's as they are too large. One note: A dryer tube is made of a circular wire (like a Slinky) wrapped in metal sleeve. The ends of the tube where the wire is can be sharp. Use a duct tape on the ends to keep therm from fraying and to cover the wire end. Also to note, The 3" Ts do easily allow for changing things around at they easily fit in the 4" dryer tubes, but the connection is almost too loose where the ferret can make the rube/T connection come apart messing-up the fun. Cut about 4-5" sections of 3" water pipe (a 10 foot section is about $10) and place them in the Ts to have more overlap between the 3" T and the 4" dryer pipe. Hope that makes sense. Your kid and the ferret will love it.
