I’ve used this product for 15 years-2009! Very convenient for my 2brother cats. Each had a machine & litter in tray was changed once a week, plastic lined tray wiped easily with a damp paper towel! So HAPPY With it FOR YEARS! HOWEVER, last 3 tray orders, urine leaks through plastic-lined litter bottom. No smell with litter absorption but @ $25 per leaky tray now, per week Plus $8 litter for RECENTLY poorly made tras. Now, I’m done!!! DON’t be fooled this was not the product quality I’ve been used to for 15 Years!!! My 16 year old cat will live out his life, on this product, but I will no longer recommend the product to friends BECAUSE of the Cheaply made plastic-lined litter trays that only now last 1 week & leak at the corners! Last 3 orders lasted 1 week when I used to get 4 weeks,by wiping off tray with damp paper towel. Now I put Top cover tray UNDER the tray because it leaks on the floor!! I had his brother until he passed 2 years ago. So I was used to the $34.99 per 3 pack trays from the beginning! Now at $75 for 3 trays! $25 for one cat and one tray, that leaks, and cardboard “does not” stay intact! This is a RIP OFF now! “Shame on you” for Pooping on your loyal customers, like me for 15 years, Plus the $8 per bag of litter per week! It’s great if you have the $$ nowadays but money is tight every where! When my little guy passes I will not give my 3 working machines to the people I promised them to, simply Because of the price of your New, “crappy plastic lined trays”, that have leaked & stained my floor!!!
