Reduce the swelling and numb the pain!

Needed an Ice pack after having a knee replacement. Bought this after using one at physical therapy. It is perfect for knees or shoulders. The gel pack stays cold for 45 minutes to an hour without being hard or stiff against your body. Produces little to no condensation and is easy to mold to what body parts needs iced. Best ice pack I have ever used!! You will get more like I did!!

This cold pack worked really well and was a good size to cover my lower back SI area. However, after using it several times a week for a year, it split open in a couple of places along the seam and the inside squeezed out. The filler is an odd substance that looks like gray peanut butter. The pack is thick, which helps keep it cold, but it's also unusually heavy. I would not repurchase. See photo of blue pack in a gray pillowcase, with one end of the pack repaired with black duct tape.
