You can't go wrong using this product. It's been around for awhile. It really smells good and makes my clothes feel soft. You don't need a lot.

Cap loose and half of it spilled during shipping

I like the product fine, but half of it had spilled out by the time I got it. It was inside a plastic bag, which was soaked. It's kinda pricey to begin with, so I don't think I'll be ordering this on line in the future.
